AMSTERDAMMERS!! My awesome friends at We Are Pi are throwing a benefit/ auction to help the displaced people of the Philippines. It's happening tomorrow night, Dec 11, Wednesday 8pm onwards at Rokin 75.

I'm contributing this health booster session for auction: - 1hr private one-on-one yoga class. - Followed by a 30min protein-kick green smoothie session.

I haven't taught in a while so may be a tad rusty, but it's for a good cause and we'll have some fun on the mat and in the kitchen!
